State of the Art Service Centre

Founded in 2008, GTR recently launched our brand new wholly owned company facilities located close to the vibrant city of Barcelona, comprising of a state-of-the-art workshop and offices complex. GTR aims to use this new low-cost base to increase our competitive edge and to continue to develop independent solutions to support and solve the array of problems that operators of industrial gas turbines typically face.
Although specialising in mature established products GTR also offer new plant and equipment through our association with manufacturers. We pride ourselves in providing customers immediate access to a direct line of support from our key engineers and decision makers, a response not always available within the same time frame from Original Equipment Manufacturers generally having complex management structures leveraged toward current products.

Dedicated Expert Team

GTR support a broad base of industries operating gas turbines including power generation, oil & gas, process industries, hospitals and other medium sized enterprises operating open or combined cycle heat and power installations. Typically operating up to 500Mw, we also offer high efficiency turbines below the 2Mw threshold thus permitting smaller industries to also benefit for the reliable nature of well maintained rotating equipment.

Our dedicated team, work together with our customers to provide a solution that works. Our expert approach, typically commences with an discussion and an on-site survey to develop the client relationship and to provide an initial overview of the issues at hand. The result… a bespoke all embracing solution for all of your turbine requirements whether it be an individual spare part, or whole plant solution requiring a large scale one-time activity or longer term support agreement with tailored content.

Barcelona Headquarters

GTR implemented it’s recent large construction investment in Barcelona as headquarters and location of its new Service Centre because it places us in one of the largest hubs for innovation and start-ups in Europe. GTR also views the city’s broad ecosystem of large high tech companies, first-class R&D laboratories, international clients and the ability to attract regional and international talent.

With the additional advantage of long established major sea port, modern road, rail infrastrucutre and major airport hub to facilitate our deliveries, the selected location enables us to maintain a strong presence within Europe from where to continue to grow our business as well as placing us in close proximity to our prime markets in Southern Europe, Middle East and the rapidly developing continent of Africa.
